Discerning The Body in the Lord’s Supper

The Lord’s Supper is not a personal and private experience we have with Jesus, but a declaration through action that we are collectively the Body of the crucified and risen Christ. Looking at I Corinthians Chapter 11, Peter examines why the Corinthian Church is bringing judgment on itself through its practice of the Lord’s Supper, and how we invite similar displeasure from God when we treat others with negligence or disrespect because in doing so, we’re disrespecting the Lord Jesus.
